The City Heights Team has formally joined the The Land & Living Team at Keller Williams Upstate NY Properties!

Jessica began her career as a real estate agent in 2011 in Queens N.Y. Joe started off as a key player in her success, photographing and marketing her listings, helping at open houses and supporting her when deals were light! Eventually, success inspired Joe to get licensed as well and they created the City Heights Team. Their clients always say, working with them is like hanging out with good and trusted friends who knows a thing or two about real estate!

Jessica was promoted to a leadership position in 2020 as Team Leader at a 300 agent office in Queens. In July of 2022 when her and Joe moved upstate, she had an opportunity to lead the Oneonta office and made the transfer. After 5 years in leadership… Jess is back in production! With stakes in the ground officially in Oneonta NY, settled into the Western Catskills, they’ve teamed up with Richard Santos and The Land and Living Team that service Delaware, Otsego, Schoharie and Chenango Counties!
