July of 2022 brought us an incredible opportunity to expand into the upstate NY market! With stakes in the ground officially in Oneonta NY, settled into the Western Catskills, we now service Delaware, Otsego, Schoharie and Chenango Counties! Just 2.5 to 3.5 hours from the city, we can help you with your move from the BIG City, to the BIG Country! Today, in 2025 Jessica has taken back the reigns after 5 years in leadership.

Jessica was promoted to a leadership position in 2020 as Team Leader at a 300 agent office in Queens. When her and Joe moved upstate, she had an opportunity to lead the Oneonta office and made the transfer. As is her style, she helped to build a strong business that has now allowed her to step into production once again where she thrives helping homeowners and home buyers!
