Jessica was licensed in 2011 and instantly had a fast-paced rise into the market. Coupled with a 20 year mentor, she gained momentum quickly, easily winning the hearts of sellers and buyers with her care and consideration of the people beneath the ‘transaction’. After quick success and soaring to double digits in the millions of sales, Jessica learned quickly what works in different markets and how to get her sellers the absolute best result. Trusting her expertise is the game changer; she believes your transaction should be smooth, easy and efficient and she knows how to do that!
After 5 years in KW leadership and mentoring agents on how to be their best, she is now partnered with her husband Joe Triano to put into practice what only the top agents do, for your benefit. Her primary business focus will be agent to agent referrals and helping agents in other markets with clients they have local to her. A trusted realtor is key and a recommendation from another agent will be held in the highest regard and the client will be treated like dear friends who have their best interest at heart.

My Philosophy
My ‘Big Why’ as you may call it, is to create an atmosphere of support but also of acceptance. Too often we face negativity, limitations and outside forces dictating the limit of what we can do- my goal is to remove that for you. In your business, in your life, you deserve a place where anything is possible and to be treated with dignity and respect. At the very least, that’s what I will do for you.

When Jessica and Joe are not working, they are enjoying their 24 acre blueberry farm in Maryland N.Y. The family includes Jess’ mom and Joe’s mom… yes, both moms! And the two Aussiedoodles Sofia and Giovanni, a sassy cat Willa the Killa, and a flock of sweet silkie chickens; Etta, Billie, Tina, Cookie and Blanch joined by the Rooster brothers Ashar and Theo!
