I want to start out by saying that I really didn't have too much faith in real estate agents! So when I needed to sell an apartment I was dreading it! Jessica put a very kind note under my door and I was so touched, I picked up the phone and called her. Once we met I knew she was the agent for me and I was not wrong. She sold my apartment on the second open house, and I must admit the first open house was a miserable rainy day. She kept me up to date every week with the long process that goes along with co-ops.
